SCOPE No books read

In this series of essays, Stefan recalls and reviews the central conflict that dominates the first four books: the War of the Five Kings. Stefan pays particular attention to the major game of thrones players and the power moves that led to their rise and others' (and sometimes their own) falls.

Readers should be warned that the following essays may CONTAIN SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT FINISHED THE FOUR BOOKS! It is highly advisable that you read the series up to at least A Feast for Crows viewing this series of essays. Most contain details that will only spoil and surprise your enjoyment of the series.

Again, we highly recommend reading the first four books of A Song of Ice and Fire before viewing these essays. If you wish to continue, change the scope level above to A Feast for Crows or higher.
