Father of Lord Mace and lord of Highgarden before him.
Luthor was betrothed to Princess Shaera Targaryen until she eloped with her brother, Jaehaerys II. He would later marry Olenna Redwyne.
Lord Luthor died in a hunting accident when he rode off a cliff while hawking. (ASOS 7
